If you are not satisfied with the items that you have purchase, we are happy to help you make a return/exchange.

Return Policy

Items that are purchased at regular price are eligible for return within 7 days from date of delivery. Items that are purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE.

Please note that headwear, underwear and socks are ineligible for returns due to hygiene considerations, unless there is a defect in the product.

Please contact us at contactus@oc2ber.com if you would like to initiate a return. Please inspect all prior to returning as all items returned must be in new and unworn condition with all original tags/packaging. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.

You may send your return using your local postal service or a courier. Please note that we DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

We are NOT responsible for any return customs/duties charged. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exchange Policy

We don't exchange. For exchange, simply return and place a new order. You can follow the instructions in our return policy above.
