PO BOXES
All shipments to Canada/USA require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. All orders shipped globally through DHL/UPS cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

REFUSED PACKAGE
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any duties charged as well as the initial shipping cost. Inability to pick-up your package and/or not paying customs/clearing the package from customs is accounted as a refusal.
